Amp with Klipsch KG4 Highs that Bleed Ears and Minimal Bass

I have hooked up a brand new Amp with my sweet hand-crafted 1980s Klipsch KG4s.  I have Treble down to -10 and Bass up to +10.  The highs bleed my hears and the bass isn’t has heavy as the rear 16” sub should be putting out.  They are 4 ohms speakers.  Any ideas?

Can you borrow other speakers to test?

Probably going to need to call Sonos and the more evidence you have that it is the Sonos at issue, not another device the more likely you are to be happy with the call.

Yes, I am grabbing some high quality bookshelf speakers and try them.  I was thinking it could be the Amp.
