Currently, Sonos does not offer a repair service. We would be able to replace the player for an out of warranty fee. However, if a third-party service does attempt a repair, it would void any additional options that Sonos would be able to offer. If you would like to discuss this inquiry further, feel free to give us a call.
We dropped our Move and the top cracked so now it won’t turn on. Can we send it somewhere to get fixed?
