Both Sonos Ones have been working with Alexa for last year - no issues. Then in the last few weeks the issues have begun!
Asking Alexa to play an album or playlist - the first song plays and then nothing.
Asking Alexa to stop - it “bings” to let you know it’s heard you and then does nothing, continues to play.
And this week - I say Alexa, it bings. I ask it to do anyone and there is just silence.
My microphone is on, it hears me saying Alexa but does not perform command.
I’ve disabled the skill and re added it. Same thing happens.
The app recognises all of the devices.
All of devices appear in my sonos app twice - which is another weird thing!
I’m at a loss - I’ve never needed to ask for help before and I’m not sure how to go about getting the diagnostics check - can anyone advise?
