Can I use Sonos 1 sl as a complement to Sonos beam connected to arc HDMI on Samsung tv. Not as surround but to enhance you tube videos etc ?

Apparently, yes if you have a pair of Sonos 1 SL you can use them as surround speakers.
If you only have one S1 then you can just set it to a stereo speaker.
