Play 5 gen 1 does not show in S2 app, but does when logged into account on sonos.com on system, no upgrade option showing.

 

Trying to get the discount so can upgrade on line store…..

 

Any ideas why?

The Play:5/gen1 can’t run S2, but it could still be registered to your account.

In the Upgrade section of your account, if the speaker’s not listed in Eligible then the discount has already been claimed. You could check in the Upgraded section. 

If there’s a discount available it would be selectable in the Sonos online shop basket at checkout.
