Question

Play 3 not connecting

I have Google WiFi in my house and most of my Sonos devices are working fine. I have Sonos Ones, Playbar, Play 5 (gen 2) and a sub. However my Play 3 won’t connect either via Ethernet or WiFi.

I’ve submitted diagnostics 341754710. Could someone take a look? Thanks!

Hi there,

Thanks for sending in the report. I see that your speakers are losing connection to your Google WiFi system from time to time. This may explain why your Play:3 isn't connecting. You seem to have a few access points running on different wireless channels, we recommend placing them all on the same channel to make it easier for your Sonos units to communicate. Try setting your Google WiFi system to channel 1 and see if that helps.
