Hi!

I was thinking of getting my boyfriend a Sonos beam for Christmas. I was going to recommend his family purchase other speakers for him to go with the beam. Do all Sonos speakers link together? The Sonos beam is going to be in our living room. I was hoping we could do smaller speakers for the kitchen to hear the game when cooking or playing music. Is there speakers you would recommend? Unfortunately I cannot afford the $1500 set of speakers so hoping to slowly just give him the Sonos as gifts over the years.
