will a sonance patio 4.1 series bought in th US work fine in the UK with a Uk sonos amp?

You won’t have a problem with the Sonos Amp but you might want to ask the Sonance speaker folks about issues with them.
Sonos only sells a few tweaked Sonance speakers, yours aren’t on that list.
