I used my 30% upgrade to purchase a White Sub to go with my 2xFives and Beam. It says it’s on backorder and it doesn't have estimated ship date, in fact they haven’t even charged my card yet. However, when I add a white sub to my cart without my 30% upgrade discount it shows the sub as in-stock ready to ship.

Any idea why?

I feel like refunding it, save my 30% upgrade for later and rebuying it at full price.

Two possible explanations :

a glitch in the system, or Sonos is deliberately prioritising non discount orders to maximise cashflow.
