I just purchased the Sonos Arc Ultra and Sub 4. I am super impressed with both of these.
my question is - I wanted to activate credit towards my next purchase but can’t seem to do it with these 2 x items, is this because they simply haven’t been added yet or am I doing something wrong?

To my knowledge, neither of those speakers, being relatively recently released, are eligible to recipeive any discount for future speakers. That could certainly change in the tpyears ahead, but now, I’d be surprised.

Don’t hold your breath though. It’s tended to be offered on older and discontinued products, to encourage owners to keep current with their products. I wouldn’t expect your speakers to qualify for quite a few years.
