upgrade program

Hello. I upgraded to the s2 app and lost the ability to use my connect. In the past I had 30% off for upgrade on the connect as I want to upgrade to Arc. After moving to the s2 app I can’t find the connect in the apps anymore so I can’t see the upgrade offer. Is there a way to put in serial number and check the upgrade offer another way?

Log in to your account on the Sonos website and under My Account, go to System.

The apps give you a view of your system and allow you to control it, so if the connect isn’t part of your system the app cannot possibly show it.  Follow @GuitarSuperstar ‘s advice.
