My Sonos system includes one Beam Soundbar (Gen 2) & two Era 100 speakers that I want to connect to a turntable - yet to be purchased and to be as “wire-free” as possible.  I am considering purchasing the Audio-Technica AT-LP70X or AT-LP70XBT-BZ turntable and a Brennan VB1 device to help make everything more wireless.

Should this work?

Would the sound come out of the soundbar and 100 speakers?

Any thoughts, other options, or suggestions?

Thanks!

FYI….both the Audio-Technica AT-LP70X and AT-LP70XBT-BZ turntables have built in pre-amps.

If you want a completely wireless option, consider the Victrola Stream Onyx:

If the Era 100s are set up as surround speakers, the line in on them will be turned off, and you wouldn’t be able to connect any pre-amped turntable. If that’s the case, you’d want to wire the turntable to a Sonos Port, and let that send the signal wirelessly to the Beam and surrounds. Or, any other Sonos device with a line in, frankly, all Sonos analog line ins are the same.

The surrounds have two modes, the default, Ambient, and Full. Ambient sends a bit of limited sound to them, full sends the full audio signal.
