Hi guys looking for a little help here. I have an old ZP 90 that has stopped working, I tried to do the upgrade and purchase a new port. I was halfway through the upgrade and had to leave the page before completing sale. When I logged back in to complete the purchase it showed that unit was already upgraded but I hadn’t completed order. I’m now trying to reorder and arrange delivery but can’t cancel previous upgrade and restart. I talked to someone in support who helped with another issue but couldn’t help with this order. I’ve called sales and also emailed them a week ago but still no luck. Today on trying to contact sales again Message says unavailable try support online! Cheers Shane 

If the upgrade discount you received for the Connect has never been redeemed, it should still be available if you are logged into the “My Account” section on the Sonos website.
