I bought 4 units of white Sonos One SL and had them shipped to Singapore by a forwarder. I received them after 10 days only to be surprised by the colour. I got them in black instead. I am puzzled how a big company like Sonos can make a mistake like this. 
 

Now I’m not sure what my options are. They have an exclusive distributor in Singapore but I do not know if they would do an exchange for Sonos. Any Sonos staff able to advise me? 

Your best bet would be to call Sonos Support and see what they can do for you.
