My Sonos 1 Gen 2 has dropped off my app my other speaker is still in use, I’ve followed all advice on internet, turning on and off plugged into router nothing is working?

When did this issue start and how often you notice that your speaker is missing in the Sonos app.?

The distance of the Sonos one from the other speaker or to your router can also affect the connection.

But the most common thing that the speaker just dropped all of a sudden is wireless interference, this can be caused by other electronic devices or unstable network connection.

I suggest trying this first to Reduce wireless interference.
