I have two sonos one SLs and a Sonos Port. Can and if so how can I connect my TV to my speakers? Below is a pic of the back of the tv I am working with. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Not effectively. You really need to get a Sonos device that’s designed for connecting to a TV set, such as a Sonos Ray, a Sonos Beam, or a Sonos Arc. You could then use your two Sonos One SLs as surround speakers in support of the sound bar.
