Returning an order

Hi,

 

I recently purchased a Sonos Amp but have decided against the upgrade for now from my ZP100 so want to return it.  It hasnt been opened or used.  I see there is an RMA form i need but i cant speak to anyone on chat as its too busy and cant contact by phone.

 

Anyone from Sonos able to get me the form.  Have got 95 days left :)

My recommendation is to contact our sales team @+18006802345 option 4.they have all the necessary information needed to help you out with your product return. Once they have fully accomplished the needed information, the form will be sent to you via email which may also include the return label.
