My sub didn’t seem to have the pads in the box for laying on its side and it vibrates where I want to put it. can Sonos send me some?

If they won’t (or I never manage to get an email to them then what material should I buy to use as pads?

(this is supposed to be an email to Sonos support but it appears whatever I try I end up here!!)
