Set up system in a business and trying to find a way to limit users. System has been working great for several months. Now the volume changes and stations change. I know Sonos doesnt have any passwords. Looking for way to limit users, maybe by adding router or other device.

Hi Wolfdog
You're correct there's really no way to limit users other than changing the Wi-Fi password and trusting those who have it not to disseminate it to others. Although you could introduce another router as you said and have it broadcast another Wi-Fi signal and move your Sonos to it. Also, a volume limiter was added in the Sonos 9.2 update but it's not password protected.
Cheers!

Adding a second WiFi router is one option and likely the cheapest one. Just plug it into one of the LAN ports on your existing router and give it a different IP address than your first router for the LAN it creates.
Adding a business router with two LANs and using Access Points, one on each is another solution. It also gives you options like adding a captive portal for guest use and much more control of what goes in and out of your local network.
