This is for sale on eBay, I have been unable to find another pic of a Sonos connect that looks like this. Is it first gen?

It looks like it's a ZP80. The ZP90 went for a simple rectangular logo on the top. No square silver background. Check out Google images.

On that basis this is most definitely not a Connect, and if it's being sold as such it rather counts as misrepresentation. The ZP80 design is 12 years old, has inferior wireless performance, and is well under-powered by modern standards. Such is its (lack of) memory, Sonos has already had to cut back on some of its capabilities (e.g. incremental library index scans) in order to keep it functioning as a streamer for all the supported services.

By the way, the seller has no excuses: it says exactly what it is on the label on the underside.

Its the ZP80 or ZP90 which was then superseded by the Connect.

Can’t tell from the pic if its the 80 or 90
