Building a house. Have access to wall or ceiling. Small TV/media room. Current have ceiling speakers wired but is this an ok choice? Should I make them in wall?

In-wall speakers will almost always sound better than in-ceiling speakers when using them as front channel or rear surround speakers. But in-ceiling will give you a cleaner look in your room.
How many speakers are you installing and how big of a home theater system do you want?
Was installing 2 in ceiling speaker rear and ARC for front. Now will go with I walk and ARC. Small space 15 x 11.
That setup should sound great in that size room. Consider adding the Sub later if you need more bass.
