I understand there is an option to return my sonos arc, pay 100 euro’s more and get the new sonos Arc ultra. A similar thing can be done with the new sub.
I have purchased my sonos Arc 2 years ago and I did not buy it directly from Sonos but from a third party in Slovakia. My products are registered however in the sonos page.
Am I eligible to return and just pay the difference between the new and old?
I would really hope so but if that is the case how would I go about doing so considering my location?
