Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. I am just learning about Sonos and how it works.
I would like to know if the following scheme makes sense, and if i have the equipment correct.
I am trying to use the minimum amount of equipment.
My understanding is each zone needs its own Amp, except if they are sound bars.
Zone 1 is meant to serve mostly the kitchen but allow people in dining area to hear the speakers as well. It is connected to its own Amp.
Zone 2 is meant to be primarily for the TV, I am hoping that it can also play in sync with zone 1 when desired via the Sonos App.
Zone 3 is for the outdoor patio. I am not sure how the speakers should be mounted to serve the most area. Zone 3 needs to be able to play its own sound, and sync with Zone 1 when desired. It is connected to its own Amp.
The master bedroom will have a sound bar that is completely independent from all other Zones.
Is this correct and possibly? Is there anyway to reduce the number of Amps needed?
