Prospective Sonos customers that ask me if they shoul start building a Sonos system in their homes are being told to buy a pair of hd headphones and wait till a replacement for Sonos comes along.

So you are a Sonos dealer?  If so, you’d think a genuine Sonos dealer would have a better way to access an actual Sonos representative in order to complain besides posting on a forum for Sonos users.
