Headphones with record player through sonos Play 5
Is it possible to listen to my vinyl records through my wireless headphones with Sonos Play 5 and Pro-ject record player?

It depends on the Play:5 version and the headphones. Play:5 Gen1 had a headphone outlet, which could be wired to a wireless transmitter.
Play:5 Gen2 has no headphone outlet.
No Sonos players can connect directly to Bluetooth headphones.
Play:5 Gen2 has no headphone outlet.
No Sonos players can connect directly to Bluetooth headphones.

As ratty said if you are using a Play 5 Gen 1. If a Play 5 Gen 2 the following should work...
Assuming your wireless headphones have a transmitter that can connect to a switch you can possibly use a similar device as shown in the link. The connections would be as follows:
TT to IN/Out port
Line 1_ to Play 5
Line 2_to Headphone Transmitter
