You would need to use a Sonos Connect:Amp wired to a standard ceiling speaker.
Sonos has never indicated any plans to produce an in ceiling speaker. For one that would then require power to be run to the ceiling speaker. It is much easier to run a speaker wire to the ceiling locations and have a connect:amp hidden away in a closet powering them.
