Existing Wired Speakers and ethernet

I am moving into a condo that has built in wired speakers in two rooms. The speakers are several years old, but they work. They are Boston Acoustic In-Wall speakers. The previous owner had two Sonos Connect amps, and connected to their home network via Ethernet.

I have two questions -

First, what amp or setup would be recommended to power the existing speakers (the speaker cables are easily accessible).

Second, I would greatly prefer not to use Ethernet as the condo is no longer wired for it. Is that going to present a problem?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

The newer Sonos Amp would power your speakers and it is happy to connect over WiFi.
