Then you need cd ripping software.  Google that and you will find lots of free and paid-for options.   For use on Sonos I would avoid iTunes or anything to do with Apple.  I would also avoid Windows Media Player.  I use dbpoweramp, which is worth the money if you have a large collection to rip.
