Hi, I have a Sonos playbar, Sonos Sub, and two Sonos One’s for rear surrounds. I would like to add a nice pair of floorstanding speakers (Monitor Audio Silver 500s) so I’m thinking about buying the amp. 

Does this still give me a 5.1 set-up. I’ve heard if I add the amp, then the playbar centre speaker doesnt work ?

 

Your Playbar,  like any soundbar, contains the Left-Center-Right speakers in one enclosure.  There is no way to add separate front Left/Right and use a soundbar as the center.
