Hi everyone,

I have an in-roof speaker system at home that has its own amplifier. I'm looking for ways to integrate it into my Sonos system without having to replace the existing amplifier. I want to be able to control all of my speakers from one app and enjoy seamless audio playback throughout my home. My speaker system has RCA and 3.5mm inputs available.

Does anyone have experience integrating in-roof speakers with a Sonos system? What are the best approaches and what should I consider when making my decision? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I could potentially help half way, but in my solution, all the source must come through the Sonos first, before going out to your amplifier, as when your source goes both to your amplifier and the Sonos, the amplifier’s speakers will be slightly in advance of your Sonos.

What you’d be doing is getting a Sonos Port, designed with an output to be connected to your current amplifier. Anything streamed from the Sonos would play on both sets of speakers in sync.
