You’re probably better off calling the sales line. This is a community support forum, we don’t have access to the web page for ordering things.
That being said, if I read this post correctly, why are you ordering four Beams? The Beam is designed to be connected to a TV. Does your child have four TVs? If not, you may want to consider four Sonos Ones, or four Sonos Fives instead.
Like many companies across the world, Sonos appears to have been hit by the chip shortage, as well as the issues surrounding the pandemic, it’s always possible that they may not have all devices in stock, as Sonos devices are quite popular.
