I have a Connect:Amp that shows a 30% discount available through the Upgrade program. I want to use this offer to purchase an Arc (£899-£629). However, upon adding this to my basket- where it appears to cost the discounted price of £629- a discount of only roughly 15% is applied to my basket. It is the only product in my basket and I see no reason as to why only a 15% discount is applied when it says i’m eligible for a 30% discount. Any suggestions as to why this isn’t available?

Have you upgraded any other device that only offers the 15% discount and the system is applying that rather than the 30%?
If so, on the Basket screen, can you remove the !5% discount, then select/add the 30% discount instead?
