I have a Play 1 in a small room of about 5m2 and I'm thinking of adding another Play 1 to listen to stereo music.
Will it sound good or will the room be so small for 2 speakers?

That should be fine, I'm using two Play threes in a 9 M square room and they sound great.
+22actually should be great as you get true stereo separation .... but I'm sure you won't be able to turn up all the way as it will probably get LOUD.
Yes, that's true. Even now with only 1 speaker volume must be very low. But if I can get stereo it's worth.
It is; even on my desktop where the size of the "room" is smaller than what anyone can live in, a stereo pair of 1 units is much better to listen to than just the one 1.
