Sonos 1 no sound

My play 1 has been working fine for two years until today.  It's just stopped playing sound.

The controller says it's there....it can pause music on my network (I have a 2 fives a 3 and a beam).   But it won't all of a sudden play sound.   I've unplugged .reset.. reconnected and taken it out of the group...but no luck ?   

Haven't changed any WiFi settings ....it just stopped ?
