“Play Next” command error

When I select “Play Next” for a track on the Sonos App, the track is correct added to the queue (after the song currently playing) but then it doesn’t play it  -  just skips passed it, to the track which was originally the next track.

I was unable to reproduce the same results on my own system. What source(s) of music are you playing, and which app on which device are you using? Do you get the same results if using other sources or device?

If you open the Sonos app on 2 devices, monitor the playlist on one device and add a song to play next on the other device, does the first device reflect the changes made to the play queue? It should.
