No connection to products everytime I open the app

Hello

Can someone tell me why I have to go through the’fix’ on the app and then on/off router everytime I start my Sonos app to play anything.

No router change since installation….

Sounds like you have a crap router, hard to be sure without more info.

Please provide details of network.  Router make and model?  Mesh? Access points or extenders? Dual band router, and if so are there separate SSIDs for the two bands?
