Bonjour,
Je n'arrive pas à connecter mes enceintes Play 1 à ma box Bouygues (BBox Wifi6) ; impossible de trouver ma box via l'appli Sonos.

Hello,

I can’t connect mu Play 1 speakers to my Bouygues Box (BBox Wifi6) ; impossible to find my box via the sonos app.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

The Play:1 will require 2.4GHz WiFi conforming to 802.11bg standard, with 20MHz width and WPA2 security. You may be affected by the router’s attempts to “band steer” the Play:1 towards a 5GHz connection, which it will refuse. If you continue to have problems, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
