I have had the beam for several years. There has been issues with the app connecting in the past but it fixes it self and reconnects. This time it is not reconnected. Everything thing in my home is connected as usual except my speaker that was perfect and working until I woke up. All of a sudden the app does not show my speaker or function to adjust settings. I have tried everything ever forum every trouble shooting technique. Still not connecting . It set up as new speaker after factory reset and it completed the entire process and still does not show on the app like it normally does. Disappointing.

Frustrating for you. Since you’ve tried every forum suggestion, what did Sonos support say when you contacted them?
Sonos support, *Frank was great. He logged on to my mac computer had me reset a few things on the app and magically worked for 3 days. Just in time for Christmas. The app worked on 2 of my android devices. The app again is not working at all. My laptop connects through the web and I can do the basics. I have done everything again to reset all functions in app and still it does not work. Idk how or why it just stops working. I'm definitely selling my bar and just simply going with another product. Totally disappointed.
