When will Sonos sort out their WiFi and app issues. I am bored every month or so my app just decides it doesn’t want to connect to WiFi and cants connect my arc and Sonos 5. 
 

looking through messages on here looks like it’s a very common/frustrating theme that Sonos just can’t fix or possibly don’t care to fix! 
 

If anyone has found a way to get sorted fast rather than just wait for the next day to see if it works please share. 

If the Arc or Five is close enough to the router, wire one of them to the router with an ethernet cable. Or consider adding a Sonos Boost.


Sonos has zero control over your WiFi signal. The best they can do is be a simple receiver of the WiFi signal in your home. They can’t adjust/fix your local signal.
