Where should the in-ceiling speakers be placed?

Hello Sonos Community! 
 

I am pretty new to Sonos but I’m going to buy SONOS IN-CEILING SPEAKERS (PAIR).

I wondered where to best place the speakers in the dining room and kitchen areas? 


There is no TV in this area and it is simply an open plan kitchen/ dining room so we’d like to play music! 


Also how many speakers would you go for?

I would put two speakers above the island in the kitchen and two speakers above where the dining table will be.
