Use SYSTEM

 I am BEYOND frustrated. I believe there should be a class action suit against Sonos. Every single time I try to play anything on my system, every single speaker comes in and out and the music seems to randomly skip around. I have read all of the fixes on here and I did not spend thousands of dollars on a system that requires me to have a degree in Computer Science to work. Thousands of dollars and we can’t just play music.

how are they able to continue selling these products that do not work as described. 2 of our speakers are mounted @11’ and I am constantly being told to unplug each speaker/arc, etc and reboot my router. That is the answer every time and it’s unacceptable.

Will you instigate the class action?

I’m surprised you bought the Ultra since you’ve been having so many issues.

Then you should speak to a lawyer who can tell you what the options are and find out whether they align with your beliefs and what steps you can take.

Still waiting on the many, many other class actions to be filed.

Maybe try a different threat?

@Allithomp

Your profile indicates you have a Play 5 (gen 1). That means you must be running two systems or you’ve downgraded Sonos speaker where applicable. You might want to read the following:
