Updating my secondhand, Sonos One

I bought a secondhand Sonos one and I have tried updating it, but it will not connect to the temporary Wi-Fi network that they have set up therefore, I cannot connected to my Wi-Fi

It may be that the firmware is too out of date to update via WiFi. Try connecting to your router via Ethernet.
