update sonos era 100

Hello, how are you? I'm having trouble setting up the Sonos Era 100. When I add it, an update appears that always gives error -30. I've already switched phones, reset the speaker, etc., and nothing works. It's very frustrating because the product isn't cheap. How can I solve this?

Have a look at this article on Sonos’ support site:

You may need to hardwire the 100 to your network, but you will need the ethernet adapter to do so.

Have you tried rebooting your network/router? Unplug everything for about 5 minutes, then starting with the router, power it back on and wait for it to fully boot. Power on everything else.
