Upgraded my Sonos system from Play 1 and Play 3 thinking that newer models would work with the app since they haven’t worked AT ALL since May no matter how many times I attempted to add them back into the system. Boy was I wrong!!!!!! I receive the error message that no products are attached to my network. So I need to add new my speakers back into my internet system. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. 

And once the speakers are added back into the system, they don’t show up in the app. I can tell a speaker to play something by using “Hey Sonos” and it will play but it does not respond to Alexa or Siri. And still does not show up in the system.

None of the speakers show up on the app, so of course I can’t group them. 

I’ve just about had it with this app and am about 1 day from sending this crap back for a refund.
