Unable to turn off or reboot

Our Sonos system has completely stopped responding: the white light is on, however nothing happens when we press the Play button, even for 60s +, or when we run through the factory reset sequence… it just stays white …

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If your Sonos product does not factory reset, then it is faulty. I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team to explore replacement options.

Try unplugging your speakers from power for a couple of minutes and rebooting your router and phone.

Which SONOS model(s) are you using? Which controller are you using? Are there any error messages?

Its a Play:1.. no error messages. We cant connect through the app, the only thing that we see is the white light on the speaker. Other than thats its completely unresponsive..

Which App are you using? Temporarily wire the unit to your network.
