We've not used the sonos one for a long time but I can't set it up either wirelessly or wired to the router. 

If you mean to get an answer to a question you need to tell us more about your system and wifi set up.

And tell us any error messages you’re getting. 
 

Thanks both. All sorted with a "chat" with a support person. Ownership needed transferred and some network "stuff" sorted.
