I really regret buying the Symfonisk Picture frame. I’m constantly having connection issues, every time I want to use it I have to unplug it and sometimes it works and many times it doesn’t. I had to replace my router and it will no longer connect to the router, says the product can’t be found, I’ve factory reset numerous times, when I hardwire it works but it’s not convenient. I donlt know why this product is so difficult…I have given up and call it a loss, an expensive one by the way.
