I have 2 Sonos on SL and keep getting the same error code as we did back a couple months ago. 1,000

 

I have tried every troubleshooting method and just lost. Online it says both are registered under my upgrade tabs.

What does the number 1,000 mean?

‘Every troubleshooting method’ is not defined, so we really don’t know which ones you’ve tried, and have failed at.

There have been several threads (mostly about Android, but you haven’t told us which OS or which device you’re trying to register with) that suggest that deleting the Sonos controller, and downloading and installing a new one has helped some folks. 

But given the lack of details, I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
