Hello,

the charging base does not charge the Move. It has no signs of deformation, the contacts touch the two rear plates. It can only be recharged via the rear USB. Is there some trick to put in place or do I need to get assistance to intervene? Thanks to whoever will answer Pietro Ferrato

We cannot rule out hardware failure. Are you able to measure voltage? If so, check the pins on the charging ring.

I inform you that Sonos assistance who, with a telephone intervention, decided to change my charging base. In fact, by sending the internal diagnostic information, they found that the Move did not see its charging base.
