As you have the Boost and therefore a “wired” set up, the easiest thing to do is to take the Boost and the speakers you want and connect the Boost by Ethernet to the router at the temporary location. So to state the obvious, you need to be sure you will have access to the router and the owner has no objection.

You will need to connect a controller device to the WiFi at the new location.  This must be a fully-fledged WiFi, not a “guest” network.. You will probably have to sign into the app to gain full control over settings.

Just repeat the process on your return.  I have assumed that there isn’t anyone staying behind at the usual location needing the system.  Is that correct?

Is there a way without boost and on a guest network as it’s likely this is the case as it’s a rental house.

Sorry. Sonos will not work on a guest network. Guest networks are designed to allow only web browsing and email.

If you have high or unlimited mobile data you may be able to run Sonos off a mobile hotspot. But you would need to make changes that might mess up your home system.  I don't think it's worth it for a couple of days.
